Greatest Wolf es una banda de indie rock liderada por Gemma Louise Upton de Nottingham, Inglaterra. Después de la separación de su banda O’ Lovely Lie, Gemma, ahora radicada en Australia, decidió emprender un proyecto como solista. Greatest Wolf tiene influencias de muchas fuentes, desde Nick Cave, hasta PJ Harvey. La banda ha sacado dos EPs hasta ahora y en este especial escucharemos algunas de las canciones del último EP, Tall as Trees, acompañadas de la voz de Gemma que nos explicará un poco acerca de la banda y de su trayecto por muchas otras bandas en la rockera ciudad de Nottingham.
Greatest Wolf is an indie rock band featuring Gemma Louise Upton from Nottingham, UK. After the break up of her group, O’Lovely Lie, Gemma, who now lives in Australia, decided to go it alone with this solo project. Greatest Wolf draws upon many sources as influences, from Nick Cave to PJ Harvey. The band has released 2 EPs, and in this special we will listen to some of the tracks from the latest EP Tall as Trees, acompanied by the voice of Gemma who will talk about the band and her time spent playing in other groups in the city of rock, Nottingham.
